• SSL certificate monitoring and alerts

• Real-time notifications and webhooks

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date

Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific usage limits for monitors, API requests, and other features. Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions or additional charges.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to our Service or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination.

Support levels vary by subscription plan. We provide email support to all users and priority support to paid plan subscribers.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service "As Is"

Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivvy's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sivvy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, except for claims of intellectual property infringement.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sivvy
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them with notice
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
